Shopping at DFO

Guys outing today. Went shopping at DFO with kee, renald and kevin. Manage to get two tshirts. One from esprit and another one from nautica.  Had dinner at springvale. Went for movie after that. Watched National Trasure. Quite a nice movie.

Shopping at Chadstone

Slept at 4am the night before. Suppose to wake up 6.30am to avoid the traffic at chadstone. Next I realise was already 9am. Traffic was so bad when I reached chadstone. After a few minutes at the parking area, I decided to turn out and look for parking at the housing area. So so packed in chadstone and the queue at lacoste and oroton is unbelievable. Practically there is a security personal control the number of people going in and out and the rest of the people who is not allow to go in will have to queue. After two hours walking around, decided to head home instead as the things that I was looking for do not have any discount. Instead of buying on that day and I have to queue up to pay , mights well I go in some other day when it is not so pack since the price will be the same anyway.

In the evening went for movie with mel, kevin and kee. Watched “The Golden Compass” in Glen. After movie went to giap’s place for dinner. Finished up the christmas potluck leftover food.

Had potluck dinner at giap place. Kee became the santa for the night. He bought present for everyone. Thanks for his present and card. Interesting catch up session with the rest.

Watch “I am Legend” after dinner. Ending of the movie was quite crapy.

Nearly spend the whole day at chadstone. Three separate session at chadstone. Thou I spend so much at chadstone but didnt manage to get anything. =(

Holiday!!!

Finally I smells the holiday after waiting for so long.  Went for lunch wif colleague. 15 minutes before lunch time everyone was in hurry to pack up. Waited for so long and lunch only started at 2pm.  Lunch was good as it was a 3 course meal. Appetizer started with smoke salmon.  Main meal was grill turkey with cranberry sauce.  But I feel the turkey is a bit dry. Nice catching up with the rest of them. Colleague whom I see stress through out the year, finally I see a smile on their face. Before the dinner ends, everyone was so happily greeting each other. Met up with susu for dinner after coming back from lunch. Was kinda surprise when I heard that she will be coming over to Melbourne for holiday. Went to Springvale for dinner. Wanted to go glen for bubble tea. Apparently it will be closed from 21 dec to 2 jan. Feel so disappointed as that was the only time people is actually free to hang out. Brought them to Dan Murphy instead. After coming back home, susu gave me a bottle of Jacob’s Creek, Sparkling Rose that she bought in Dan to try. Not too bad. Started to enjoy wine now.  Around 1+am christie asked me if I could bring her to maccas as she was hungry. Decided to call kee and shuk along as well.

It was such a nice weather to sleep in this morning as it was raining heavily outside.  But got to push my self to wake up as the landlord came for inspection at 9am this morning. Went to Wah Kee for lunch after that as christie said that she wanted to say goodbye to wah kee auntie before she leaves. Sent christie off to the airport after that.  I nearly got my self into accident because of one fucking fella who did not look at traffic light when he cross the road. Hell, he was crossing a 3 lanes highway without using pedestrian traffic light and he was crossing right after the traffic light . I do travel at the speed limit set when I am at a traffic light and the traffic light is green. Imagine what will happen to him if he was hit at 80km/hour. Practically from 80km/hour, i need to jam break my car to around 20km/hour and avoid that fucking fella within just a few meters away. Luckily during then there wasn’t any car beside me. If not I gonna fucking swear at that guy for getting me involved in an accident.  After sending christie to the airport, went to asian grocery to get tang yuen as today “guo dong”.

Kee suggested that we should cook porridge for dinner today.  Had tang yuen after dinner.  Gerard and Allan joined us after dinner. thanks to melissa and kee for preparing the tang yuen. Was taking a nap at kees place as I only had 4 hours of sleep the night before.

Talk to my parents yesterday. To my surprise suddenly my mum asked me if I wanted to go back this holiday as I have nothing plan out yet. It is more like those situation if there is air ticket for tomorrow, she would want me to fly tomorrow.  Since she has already asked me to go back, so I just try my luck and see if I can find any seat. All booked out till early Jan. I mention to her that if she really wants me to go back, I can just go back for a week before they leave to houston. In a way I do understand why they hav such thought. That was one of the reason why I wasnt surprise when my mum suggested it. We are children to our own parents now and in the future we will be parents as well. Think of how you would want your children to treat you then you will understand your parents alot more then what you are now. I appreciate alot on what my dad and mum has done as they have been trying very hard to pull things together and I know this is not easy at all. At times I know mummy is not easy to handle. That is one of the reason why my dad wants me to be around at times as there are certain things that I am able to convince her.

ps Sometimes I wonder if it is worth trying if I know what the consequences is.

A night cleaning at home.

As christie will be moving out, so decided to called landlord this evening to see how is the procedure like. She mention that she would want to inspect christie and julz room to access the damage so that she can deduct the money out from the bond. Melissa’s bond will be given to her and after deducting the money from christie bond, she will return the remainder to christie. Helen mention that the accessment includes the general area as well which includes the kitchen, living and dining area. Supposely I shouldnt need to care about cleaning all this up as the deduction of my bond will only take place when I move out. Since no one is around, I would want to make the house a place that I feel comfortable living in it. Took me an hour to clear everything at the kitchen counter. It is now neat and tidy without anything on the table at all.

A night drinking at home.

Since Julz havent been to rich maha before, so decided to bring her there to try out the food before she leave. Was so fullz after dinner so decided to go Coles, Burwood for a walk. Ended up going liquor shop to get bacardi breezer. Went to julz room to drink with vek and christie around after julz and christie were tired.

Diagnosing problems from tyre wear.

Your tyre wear pattern can tell you a lot about any problems you might be having with the wheel/tyre/suspension geometry setup. The first two signs to look for are over- and under-inflation. These are relatively easy to spot:

Things happen just makes me laugh. More things should happen to make me laugh even louder.

Sometimes i just feel that my life is so interesting and full of wonders. Yesterday I just read a letter from ATO (Australia Taxation Office). In the letter it mentions that I have 3 years outstanding tax return. Sometimes how ATO does things just makes me laugh. They did not ask for my tax return when I first arrive here. They only ask for it 3 years later. Called up this afternoon and the person on the phone asked me to write a letter stating the reason why I should be exempted from lodging an application.

I was so lucky after work today. I realized that my car tyre puncture right after leaving my work place. Can you imagine finally I have another opportunity to change my car tyre !!! Call me a tyre replacement expert. Drive 8  years, change tyre 5 times. Should just make it 8 years and change 8 times. 8 and 8 nice number.

Another thing that I find it interesting is about the potluck that we gonna have this Sunday. Shouldn’t elaborate too much bout it. Nothing actually happens. Just something that is related to me. Things that comes along the way makes me laugh even louder.
